Private Keys
This page demonstrates how Web Wallet integrates a custom verifier through Web3Auth for the determination and management of private keys for accounts.
A Web3Auth custom verifier is used to directly interact with their Torus Key Infrastructure to assign, store and retrieve keys on the network. Web Wallet implements an interaction flow as highlighted below when fetching keys from a Torus Node.

Web3Auth is used to provide users with private keys without having to become a custodial and store private keys in our cloud or on the users device. With Web3Auth the Web Wallet user only needs to remember a traditional e-mail & password combination or login through Single Sign On to access a wallet.

It is still highly advised to enable Multi-Factor Authentication for your account. Follow this guide to activate MFA.
